20 Best Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Scholarship Programs

Are there financial aids and scholarships for CNAs?

The nursing shortage is real. In the United States, more than 3.2 million people are employed as nurses, but only about 1.5 million nurses are receiving national certification.

According to the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), the shortage of nurses is growing steadily and is projected to reach 6.7 million by 2022.

CNA Scholarships

Top nursing scholarships provide financial assistance to nursing students through grants and loans to defray the costs of attending nursing school.

Getting a head start on your CNA education is only possible with the help of nursing scholarships and grants.

Nursing school, as we all know, is not cheap. Nursing students are strapped for cash because of the rising costs of tuition, textbooks, flashcards, scrubs, and other necessities.

  • Grants For CNA Classes

Many nursing students must also pay for childcare to attend classes, on top of their regular tuition costs. While completing their demanding nursing degree programs, many students are forced to live on expensive fast food.

Nursing students who receive a scholarship can make a difference in their health and wellness. Mental security is another benefit of nursing scholarships, grants, and financial aid for students.
