Ascentech Services Limited – Our client, a leading FMCG group, with head office in Lagos, is currently hiring an experienced and objective-driven candidate to fill the position below:
Job Title: Key Accounts Manager (FMCG)
Develop monthly sales plan to enable the delivery of sales expectations
Responsible for managing new products launch, securing marketing contribution for strategic campaign
Manage category budget and propose business spend on brand visibility and merchandising
Lead deal and strategic negotiation with key accounts for success of major brands and sales targets
Responsible for incremental growth
Ensure the correct products are delivered to stores/customers in a timely manner
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers to maintain trust
Ensure timely cash collection
Responsible for leading junior colleague to drive actualization of business objectives efficiently and effectively
Education, Experience & General Requirements
HND / B.Sc in any Discipline. Social Sciences, Administration and Arts will be preferred.
A minimum of 7 years’ experience, with at least 5 years of same in a similar Key Accounts Management position.
Proven track record as Key Accounts Manager
Experience in sales – FMCG
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem solving and negotiation.
