JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Diary planning for CEO, Directors and project heads;
• Maintaining agendas and minutes of office meetings;
• Setting up conference calls as at when required;
• Administrative tasks such as sending emails and writing letters to business associates;
• Office Management and working with employees to get tasks done;
• Projects oversight and budget maintenance;
• Supervises travel logistics for the Company;
• Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary;
• Organize office operations and office equipment;
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease; and
• Other tasks as may be deemed necessary.

*REQUIREMENTS: * •
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience as a secretary or administrative
officer;
• Proficient in the use of MS office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (Great IT Skills);
• Good communication skills;
• Result driven, positive and proactive approach to work;
• Degree in Business Administration. Secretarial studies or other related field.

SALARY NG: 200,000 Monthly
